To be eligible for a return, the Bachat Master device must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration may void the eligibility for a refund.


3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer-support@bachatmaster.com within the 30-day period. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization.

Pack the Bachat Master device securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned Bachat Master device, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If the product meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


5. Exclusions:

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
